Remote Support Agreement
Our Remote Support Agreement provides comprehensive support for your business technology needs at an affordable rate of $30 per PC / month. This agreement includes:
- Unlimited Remote Helpdesk Support: Access to our expert team to quickly resolve any technical issues.
- Incident Ticket System: Track and isolate issues efficiently.
- User Portal: Easy access to support and resources.
- Endpoint Protection Enterprise Solution: Advanced antivirus protection for your systems.
- Network Monitoring: Proactive monitoring to identify and address potential issues.
- PC Cleanup: Regular maintenance, including clearing temp files, defragging hard drives, and clearing cache.
- Kernel Level Rootkit/Malware Scan & Removal: Deep scans to detect and eliminate threats.
- 3rd Party Software Patch Management: Keeping all software up to date with the latest patches.
- Windows Updates: Ensuring your operating systems are always up to date.
- Compliance Verification: Regular checks to ensure all PCs comply with business standards.
- New Employee Account Setup/Configuration: Efficient onboarding of new employees.
- Microsoft 365 Administration: Managing your Microsoft 365 environment.
- Microsoft Azure Administration: Managing your Azure services.
- Website Administration: Support for your business website.
Contract: Onsite Support
$65 per hour
- New computer installs
- PC replacement
- Device failures/upgrades/relocation
- Network equipment failures/installs
- Requested onsite support
- Support that cannot be resolved remotely
- On-Site Support (without agreement): $85 per hour
- $50 per year for 1 PC
- $75 per year for 2 PCs
- $100 per year for 3 PCs
- Remote Support (à la carte): $35 per 1/2 hour
